Detailed Description of Request
The sales@clinivet mail box cant receive emails currently.
I contacted Stephen Sheridan from Endeavour, his response is below:
I’ve checked the office 365 portal and there seems to be issues with 2 of your domains
It looks like the DNS records are missing so the mail cannot be correctly forwarded.
From my notes here it looks like both these domains are with, but im not sure if this is still valid: -

I have forwarded the missing records and the email thread to your email address.

Have added updates as specified by Stephen at Endeavor. Awaiting confirmation that bug is cured before closing this support request.
