Goods delivered must be examined at the time of delivery and we should immediately be notified of any damaged or defective items. If an incorrect item has been delivered, we will immediately rectify your order and commence collection of the wrong item.
If short delivery takes place, the customer shall not reject the goods, but shall accept the goods delivered as a part performance of the order, we will then correct this difference. We shall not be under any liability for any failure to perform any of our obligations due to events or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Prices are subject to change without notice.

If you call outside these hours, please leave a message on our answering machine clearly stating your name, telephone number and any other relevant information. We will try and get back to you within 48 hours. We aim to dispatch all stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order during working hours. If there is any deviation from this, we will inform you by email.
We offer FREE DELIVERY to the UK & ROI when the total order cost is over £35. Orders under £35 will incur a delivery charge of £3.99.
Orders over £40 will be shipped by DHL, this service usually takes 48 hours but can take up to 4 working days.
Orders under £40 will be shipped by Hermes, this service usually takes 3 -5 working days.
All orders to the Republic of Ireland will be shipped by Beatties.
Full tracking will be provided when the order is proceeded. All transactions are carried out in GBP. All credit/debit card orders are authorised on a fully secure encrypted server. Please be assured we never pass your details onto a third party.

To become a member of our Breeders Club, register your details on the Breeders Club form. Once we have received your application a member of our team will be in contact with you via telephone.

When you purchase a subscription through Clinivet.com, you will be subscribed to a regular order of products from us. This subscription order will occur every certain number of weeks depending on which option you choose.
If you require changes to take effect prior to your next delivery you must do this within your online account prior to the cut-off date and time. This cut off as standard is 23:59 pm, one day prior to the dispatch date of your next shipment. You will be unable to make a change to your order after this cut off time, including but not limited to cancellation, address changes, payment details and order contents.
Actual dispatch/delivery times may vary due to location, stock availability and circumstances impacting delivery of goods which are out of our control, such as public holidays.
These changes can be made within your Clinivet account.
Your subscription will remain in place unless cancelled by yourself. You are in no way tied to a contract and can cancel your subscription when you wish.
If you cancel your subscription and reactivate at a different time the prices of products may vary. Price changes can also occur during your subscription period.
